1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Papet Mobile Grooming.
By booking an appointment, submitting a form, or communicating with our company, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Mobile Grooming Service
Papet Mobile Grooming provides on-site pet grooming services using a fully equipped mobile grooming unit.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and legal parking for the grooming vehicle
- Ensuring access to the pet at the scheduled time
- Informing us of any health or behavioral issues
Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation or additional fees.
3. Pet Health & Behavior
Health Disclosure
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet:
- Appears ill or contagious
- May be harmed by the grooming process
Aggressive Behavior
If a pet becomes aggressive or unsafe:
- Grooming may be stopped immediately
- Full or partial charges may still apply
Safety of pets and groomers is our priority.
4. Grooming Risks & Liability
Grooming involves tools and procedures that carry inherent risks.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Minor cuts, nicks, or irritation may occur
- Elderly or sensitive pets may experience stress
Papet Mobile Grooming is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Reactions due to undisclosed health issues
5. Appointment Policy
Arrival Window
Due to travel routes, appointments are scheduled within a time window, not an exact arrival time.
No-Show / Missed Appointment
If the client is unavailable at the time of service:
- The appointment may be canceled
- A full service fee may be charged
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable
7. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on:
- Pet size and breed
- Coat condition
- Behavior and handling requirements
Additional fees may apply for:
- Severe matting
- Fleas or parasites
- Aggressive behavior
- Extended grooming time
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
8. Matting Policy
Severely matted coats may require shaving for the pet’s safety and comfort.
By agreeing to service:
- You authorize humane removal of matting
- You understand additional fees may apply
Papet Mobile Grooming is not responsible for:
- Skin irritation
- Minor cuts resulting from mat removal
9. Flea & Parasite Policy
If fleas or parasites are found:
- Grooming may be adjusted or stopped
- Additional cleaning or treatment fees may apply
10. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:
- Conditions are unsafe
- The pet is aggressive
- The environment is not suitable for mobile grooming
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
11. Weather & Delays
Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or route delays
- Equipment issues
We will notify you as soon as possible.
12. Changes to Terms
Papet Mobile Grooming may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
13. SMS & Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Papet Mobile Grooming regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
